Proxy Error Help 4 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 1
The University of Minnesota is getting a recurring proxy error with their installation.
They are also seeing very slow uploads of media into Pachyderm that often fail due to a timeout. Any ideas on how to address the error below.

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET

/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Pachyderm2.woa/wo/3y95hhYIzGc1YV6qqOLncg/4.PXPageWrapper.13.17.3.1.1.1.1.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
Apache/2.0.55 (Red Hat) Server at pachyderm.software.umn.edu Port 80

Hi Scott:

Do you know if the cause of the proxy error was discovered and fixed?

I am having a possibly similar issue with Pachyderm 2.0.5 test install on Windows Server 2003, depending on the version of ImageMagick installed, when it tries to convert an image (from a remote repository) to a smaller thumbnail during Preview of a page, or Publish of the page.

Any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Cindy
