Our hosted Pachyderm 2.0 instances at NMC are reporting many cases where users are losing assets or templates seem to revert to previous versions.

Not knowing much about the database, I am concerned about the very large size of the attributes table (9Mb and 65,000 rows) and the large index size (2Mb). Looking for suggestions whether the table needs to be altered to allow for more rows or larger index sizes.
