Do you have your own Pachyderm server that you can modify or are you working on a hosted install.

If you are working on a hosted server, you really can not do anything about this unless you can convince your host to change the database for the installation. If you are working with a legacy
NMC hosted account, I'd suggest you sign up for Pachyderm services

I believe their hosted accounts now include the "fixed" phonedial (which addresses your request) as well as the timeline and dual comparison templates.
Sorry there is no simple answer at this point. Many of these minor issues will be fixed when Pachyderm 2.1 is released mid-year. Don't give up hope.
