Joshes notes on template functionality are in index .html or text in the template

for the most part things are working. Layers is still having a lot of issues

Sometimes movies didn't show up when clicked to play

putting the wrong media into a spot (eg. audio) messes up everything

multiple test of screens are to show different mixtures of media for each template

Clayton didn't get to layers this week.

so far, just qt movies are in the screens

Joshua hopes to have flv examples by the end of the day today

Usability issue: when you are playing a qt movie that displays in an external window, the flash playback controls should be hidden.

For subsequent tests, updated swfs can be replaced in the test directories
keep old tests
create parallel directories
drop new swfs into the new directories

accessibility testing feedback will be folded into this process. Not a separate process. Kristin or other accessibility testers will send their feedback to Joshua

There are quirks, but largely things seem to be working. And some template behavior issues have been surfaced.

Clayton will focus on template fixes now and postpone work on documentation as the templates become more stable.

The info screen is for an accessibility description of the screens function.

The Help button is for help text describing keystrokes and other accessibility functions for the presentation.

We need to develop text to go in these screens. Eric will work on drafts of this and will consult with Kristin as needed.

Joshua will turn his attention back to getting an instance of 2.1 up.
