The index page for pachyderm uses a http-equiv tag to redirect the browser to /cgi-bin/WebObjects/pachyderm2.woa

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Pachyderm2.woa">

This works with all browsers with the exception of Internet Explorer. With IE the browser redirects to /cgi-bin/WebObjects/pachyderm2.woa then bounces back to index.html and back in an endless loop. Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you find a solution?
