Any progress?

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.
At this point I have 8 screens in various states of completion. Some load, some don't. I'm sure this will be, as you suspected, a problem with media being link incorrectly. The odd thing is that one screen that didn't work earlier in the week does now, and one that did now doesn't.

I posted a link to the zip file on one of our content management pages inside our authoring program, Vignette. Look in the column on the right side of the page for a link that says "gallery zip'. (If you meant I should put the presentation on our server - I don't have quick access to that and it will take a while.)

Ok. I thought I did that, but obviously I missed a step. I do have the .zip on my hard drive. I unzipped with ZipGenius and check and everything is there. Then I uploaded the zip file to that URL and made a link. It works from several different computers

Oh! You need the URL to the actual zip not the page? Duh.
