Greetings -

I'm just beginning a project- for the third time. I've got three screens so far, all of them about half done. When I preview the phone dial screen, it looks fine. Or at least loads completely. The other 2 screens, both commentary templates, stop loading, one at 30% and one at 70%. From reading through other posts, it sounds like some necessary media element is missing, but I can't tell what.

Looking at one of the commentary screens, Section A is complete, Section B is optional. There's text in Section D. I have thumbnail images in E1 and F1, and captions for both. Is there anything I'm missing that would affect the preview function?

I've checked the problem on 2 different computers and 3 different browsers, so I don't think this can be a "clear the cache" thing.

It sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Who's server are you on? Is it 2.1? 2.0 is not as forgiving of missing media.
Any change that you have put images in the movie section or movies in the image section?
Are all your images jpg,gif or png, not tif, psd or some other format?

I'm using 2.1, and the server thing ...... I think it must be Pachyderm's? (I haven't published anything yet and am really really new at this.) I'll double check about the images - I think I've only got gifs and jpgs.

On the commentary screen,do all the pictures, both images and thumbnails, require links?

Update in ref being able to preview screens -
I've got 2 phone dial screens that work fine. A series screen that didn't load for preview last night but does this morning. Two slider screens, one of which previews last night but now does not. Two commentary screens that don't load. (When I'm saying "don't load'" I mean they load to 70% and hang.)

Is there any chance this is a Java problem? I'm using 6.21 and can't update without disabling another program that I need.
