Am I reading this right? 4 Years, 2 Months ago

Forgive me if I missed this somewhere, but I just want to check and see if I have things right.
With Pachyderm, can I install on my own computer, then upload the "published" work to my web-space (or burn to cd to play on another computer)? Or, do I have to have the hosted account to do that (and then I'd link to that)? Or, do I have to install Pachyderm to my web-space (such as with a CMS) do be able to have visitors to the website (other than admins) be able to view the presentation?
We're currently in the planning stages for an online interactive exhibit feature, and if the first possibility above is correct, this may be a great option!
Thanks!

Hey K-
You do not have to have your own server to do this. If you have a hosted account, once you publish a presentation you then have the option to download a zipped version of it onto your desktop. You can then unzip this (it contains a directory of all your presentation files) and place it on a CD or other Web server, or just run it on your desktop.
Pachyderm presentations always run as Flash within a HTML structure, so you will always need to view them within a Web browser, even if they are on a CD-ROM.
Hope this clarifies things...
