No, Pachyderm is running. I can log into the user's account, but when you click on the presentation, it goes straight to the exception. Therefore, I cannot get in to undo anything.
hmmm, thoughts?

Restart the Pachyderm service, then immediately go in and edit her presentation to eliminate the bad or mis-assigned media. I have seen this issue before and I think this should work. Let me know if it does not.

A common thing I see people do is connect video or audio to an image slot or add an FLV to a template that only supports quicktime. Luckily, none of these issues exist in 2.1 and it just ignores mis-assigned media.

Hi Scott:
I have tried doing that,but simply logging into the account and clicking on the presentation name causes another exception. Any other tricks?
