disabling or prolonging session timeout 4 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I would like while working on the editing a presentation, the browser session to never time out, at least to increase the time out to a very long time – at least a day. Is there a setting I could tweak in the pachyderm application to do that?

Thank you,

Daniel

I was wondering this myself. Pachy timed out on me a few times while I was trying to input media metadata. A bit frustrating if I would leave the screen for a little while and lose all the metadata I had just entered.

Are you working with Pachyderm 2.0 or 2.1?
The problem is that the server session needs to timeout for security reasons.

Best,
Scott

Hi again Scott,

I'm working with 2.1. Is there any way to extend the session at all?

Thanks,
Meg
